What Glint collects, why, who helps us run it, and how to see, change or delete your data.

Glint (glint.so and app.glint.so) is run by Twenty Interactive, a business registered in Croatia, which is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@glint.so.

Glint asks before it loads any analytics. If you choose Allow, we use Google Analytics
(which sets _ga cookies) to count visits and events such as signing up, building a room or
opening a gift, and OpenReplay to record sessions so we can replay what went wrong when something breaks.
Recordings mask what you type into fields and hide passwords. If you choose No thanks,
neither is loaded.
You can change your mind at any time in the app under Settings → General → Privacy. Turning it off stops both and removes Google Analytics' cookies from your browser.
Apart from that, Glint keeps a few things in your browser's local storage that it needs to work: your sign-in token, your settings (such as reduced effects) and your analytics choice. These aren't used to track you.
We share data only with the services that help us run Glint, and only what each one needs:
Some of these are based outside the EU. Where data leaves the EU, it's covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data.
You can ask to see the data we have about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy to take elsewhere, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email hello@glint.so from the address on your account and we'll answer within a month. To delete your account, email us and we'll delete it along with what's in your rooms.
If you think we've got something wrong, you can complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP) or the authority where you live.
Glint isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
